43 SHADES OF ORANGE
Bacardi Carta Blanca, Licor 43 and Aperol are shaken with fresh squeezed orange and lemon and a sprig of rosemary. Garnished with flamed orange oils. A personal favourite here at Mix Cocktails.
DRAGON VS SNAKE II
Red chilli infused Vodka, Grand Marnier, pineapple, lemon and caramel. The perfect mix of sweet, spice and sour.
PINK LADY
Gin, Passoa passionfruit liqueur, elderflower cordial, cloudy apple and lemon lightened with soda.
OLD FASHIONED
A classic Old Fashioned made with premium Bourbon and lovingly stirred with honey and Angostura bitters. Garnished with a zesty orange twist.
MADAME BUTTERFLY
Vodka and Lychee Liqueur is shaken with lime and sugar then topped with fiery ginger beer and a spig of fresh mint.
ESPRESSO MARTINI
Vodka, Kahlua and espresso.
COCO CAMPARI
The bitter undercurrent of Campari is matched with the sweetness of Coconut Rum and passionfuit with a touch of lime and sugar.
SHERBERT LEMON
Vanilla infused Vodka, Limoncello and Cointreau balanced with lemon and sugar.
